Golden oysters are mild and savory, and have the ability to warp into a whole universe of different textures. This recipe pushes them to the edge of crispy glory, then pairs them with golden beets to make the texture and color pop. Everything gets roasted simultaneously and assembled on the serving dish, so there’s very little active cooking time (read: you can make this in the background while focusing on an entrée). Serve this alongside white fish a punchy sauce, or under gingery tofu steaks.
